Default CNC Diagnostics and Electronics basics

Last year we hired a guy that knew nothing at all and It was my job to "try" to teach him so I decided to write something up and try and make it as basic and simple as I could so anyone could understand. Im posting it on here because a lot of it is relative to the automotive world. Some of it I wrote, and some of it (definitions, pics,) I copied. I only have one chapter done...not sure when i'll get around to chapter 2.

We are actually looking for a 2nd shift maintenance tech.
Hours 2pm-10:30pm
